Gave wrong map and no reply to support request

I ordered ascension tactics expecting that it would come with the bonus neoprene map…. It came with a bonus map for a completely different game. I’m disappointed because I paid a premium price including shipping in comparison to getting it from some where local in Australia.

This is my favorite version of Ascension

I really love how the tactical hex grid map transforms the game we've come to love, from a pure deckbuilder to a tactical battle game. Tons more interesting choices now. This reinvented ascension and deckbuilding games for me.

Support sucks

Step 1 order game.
Step 2. Realize the address it chose for shipping was incorrect.
Step 3. 2 minutes after the order I email support looking to rectify the incorrect address
Step 4. Read email stating there was nothing they could do as it was in their shipping department:

Resolution offered: wait for the product to go to the wrong address, hope it gets sent back and then they would re route it to the correct address.
Step 5. Cancel the order as I'm not playing these bullshit logistics game. Check your fucking emails more often.
Step 6. Take my money elsewhere.
